Terrace_View_T0Conference Venue

The Terrace View Event Center is located in the South Ridge Estates Commercial Park in Sioux Center, Iowa, and is located adjacent to the Sioux Center Ridge Golf Course. The Event Center is a state-of-the-art facility owned by the City of Sioux Center, located in a convenient and welcoming environment, and creates an impressive and inviting atmosphere for all your personal and professional events.

This modern facility of approximately 16,500 square feet is able to comfortably seat up to 500 guests at round tables and over 700 guests for receptions and seminars. The Terrace View Event Center is centrally located between Sioux Falls, SD and Sioux City, IA providing your event with an easily accessible location.

Lodging

Conference lodging is available at the Holiday Inn Express, 100 Saint Andrews Way,  Sioux Center– right across the parking lot from the Terrace View Event Center.  Reservations can be made by calling 712-722-3500.

The hotel offers free parking and ADA accessible facilities throughout. The smoke-free hotel offers a number of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay including free high speed internet, indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, and Express Start hot breakfast bar.

Two Queen beds – $134.00 per night

Single King – $139.99

Two Queen Suite – $149.99
