2022 Hotel Information

Hotel at Kirkwood Center

Individual attendees should make their own reservations for the event directly with the Hotel at Kirkwood Centers Reservation Department.  Ask for the Midwest Rural Agricultural Safety and Health (MRASH) Conference block.

 

 

 


 

The special group rate for regular guestrooms is $132 for single or double occupancy.  The rate is subject to applicable taxes which currently total 12%.  There is a $2 per room per night Destination Marketing Fee collected.  The negotiated rate will expire after October 24, 2022, or when the hotel reaches capacity.  This is a popular hotel, so it will be worth your while to make reservations sooner rather than later.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit with a major credit card.  In order to avoid penalty, cancellation must be made by 6:00 p.m. two days prior to scheduled date of arrival.

Check-In Time:  4:00 p.m.

Check-Out Time: 12 Noon


If you are arriving by air:

The closest airport is the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) located only a few minutes drive from the hotel.  A complimentary shuttle is available 24 hours for those arriving by air.  Simply call the hotel upon your arrival.  Rental cars are available at the airport as well.

Directions to the hotel:

The Hotel at Kirkwood Center is easily accessed from Interstate 380, US Highway 30 or the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID).  It is located at the intersection of Kirkwood Boulevard SW and 7th Avenue Drive SW.  Ample parking is available on the north side of the hotel (76th Ave. Dr. Entrance).
