2022 MRASH Registration Information

Registration Fees

$175    Full Conference In-person Registration (Wednesday & Thursday)

$125    Full Conference Virtual Registration (Wednesday & Thursday)

$50      Discounted rate is available for students, active farmers, ag teachers and frontline medical personnel to attend either in-person or virtually.  You will need a coupon code to receive the discounted rate.  If you qualify, please click here to complete a short survey to receive your coupon code.  You will receive the code via email.  Please complete this step before you click on the link to register.

There are no single day registrations available this year.

Full In-person Conference Registration

Included are breakfasts and lunches both conference days, tours and the evening reception on November 16, all program materials and refreshment breaks.  There is no additional charge to attend the Pre-Conference workshop which is only available to onsite attendees.  Conference registration deadline for in-person attendance is Tuesday, November 8, 2022.  Please note that the discounted hotel rate expires on October 11.

Virtual Conference Registration

Will include the keynote session, grad student networking luncheon (optional), a selected afternoon tour (if technology cooperates, we will archive the other two tours on our conference website for later viewing), key parts of our evening Taster Session, one track of the concurrent sessions and participation in an online small group discussion.  Virtual Conference participants with a U.S. address will receive a conference box following the conference.  Zoom links will be emailed to virtual participants just prior to the conference.  Participants can register up until the conference begins.

While meals and tours are included in on-site registration fees, we need to know which events you plan to attend in order to have meals and the appropriate space reserved for you. Please be prepared to indicate on the registration form which of the following events you plan to attend in-person:

Wednesday:

Cancellation Policy:

If your registration is cancelled before the November 8 deadline, the registration fee will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee. After November 8, please transfer your registration to another attendee or call Ralph Altmaier at 319-335-4229 to donate your registration to a student attendee or non-profit organization.
