- August: Abstracts due for roundtables and breakout session presentations
- September: Registration opens
- Early October: Abstracts due for posters
- Mid October: Hotel reservations due
- Late October: Conference registrations due

November 12
- Thursday morning: Keynote session
- Thursday afternoon: General sessions and panels
- Thursday evening: Poster reception with live music and cash bar
November 13
- Friday morning: Concurrent Breakout Sessions
- Friday noon: Awards Luncheon
