Venue and Hotel Information

Conference Venue

The Conference will be held at the Iowa Valley Community College Conference Center, 3702 South Center Street, in Marshalltown, Iowa.  It is located just south of Highway 30 on Highway 14 at exit 185.  Turn onto South College Drive and park in Parking Lot G.  The Conference Center is entrance #11 on the map below.

 

Wednesday Evening Reception

The Wednesday evening reception will be held at the historic Orpheum Theater, 220 E. Main St. in downtown Marshalltown.  From the Community College campus, take Highway 14 straight north to E. Anson Street.  Turn right a couple blocks on E. Anson then turn left on N. 3rd Ave.  The Orpheum is diagonally across the street from Unity Point Health with parking on the street or in the parking lots beside and behind the theater.

Hotels

Marshalltown has a variety lodging options.  Visit https://www.marshalltown.org/visit/where-to-stay/ for more information.  There is a cluster of hotels very near Iowa Valley Community College, just north of Highway 30.  Each of these provide complimentary breakfast and wifi and most include a fitness center.  Be sure to ask for government, AAA, or other discounted rates.  Closest hotels include:
