Kim is from a small town in Eastern Iowa and grew up visiting family farms in Muscatine County. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining I-CASH in 2025, Kim provided support for the agricultural community as Center Coordinator for the Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health at the University of Iowa.
